About the Authors

Steven Stromp, MBA

Steven Stromp brings over 20 years of market research expertise across healthcare, consumer goods, automotive, and education sectors. As Executive Director of Market Intelligence at Davenport University, he provides strategic insights for institutional decision-making and program development. Steven’s background includes leading research at Spectrum Health and managing projects for major clients such as Kellogg's, General Motors, and Miller Brewing Company. Steven holds an MBA in strategic management and teaches marketing and research courses.

Kathy Aboufadel, Ph.D.

Donald Kelly is a global sales trainer, speaker, and host of The Sales Evangelist podcast. A former top-performing tech sales representative, Donald now trains sellers and teams at companies such as VMware, Citi, and New York Life, and teaches sales as an adjunct professor at BYU–Idaho.
