She completed her master's in international marketing and then went on to complete her PhD from Binghamton University, State University of New York. She has 10+ years of professional global work experience in digital business and marketing consulting, program management, and customer relations. Her research and teaching interests include digital and social media marketing, marketing technologies, digital healthcare, and online innovations in marketing education. Her work has been showcased in peer reviewed journals and conferences.
